cook on site, in full view of your guests with one of our signature
BBQ pits made in Santa Maria Valley, the birthplace of Tri-Tip itself.
Quite a departure from simple delivery, or even a Weber, gas or charcoal
grill.
We don't just bring a BBQ, we actually cook with it. Were committed
to serving only the highest quality food using the freshest ingredients
available while providing the highest quality BBQ catering service for you and your
guests.
In addition to mouth watering BBQ Tri-Tip, our menu also includes slowly
smoked chicken, hickory smoked turkey and succulent St. Louis Style
pork ribs. These popular barbecue favorites are also prepared the
long way. In our smokers imported from Oklahoma, we slowly smoke
each and every peice of meat ensuring a deep smoky flavor reaches the bone
in every piece. Our turkeys take 14 hours to smoke and our ribs
are smoked, then finished off on the grill over an oak wood flame.
In fact, it will be "Fallin off the bone".
