1. Full service buffet with ON SITE COOKING ! -
Have our custom signature BBQ pit brought to your location
for an event to remember. Our catering professionals will
prepare your meal over a real oak fire in full view of your
guests. Each full service buffet includes linen tablecloths,
skirting, fresh flowers or decorations, appropriate fresh
condiments, full size dinner napkins, disposable heavy duty
plastic plates. Also included are WOOD HANDLED STEAK KNIVES
AND METAL FORKS (NO PLASTIC)! Our chef will take tri-tip from
the grill and slice the juciest most tender beef available
onto each guest's plate at our carving station. This is the
ultimate BBQ experience. Nowhere else will you find the quality,
authentic preparation, presentation, and service of our on
site catered BBQ.

Full service buffet Only -
A full service buffet as above, fully staffed. Includes carving
station, linens, quality service ware, etc. without our on
site cooking.

Delivered and set up buffet -
Maverick's will deliver and set up your
buffet with our delicious BBQ prepared in our smokers and
pits in our commercial commissary kitchen for your meeting,
picnic, or any occasion. (The BBQ's are outside ) Each buffet
is complete with disposable silverware and service ware, disposable
plates, condiments, and everything you'll need for a delicious
BBQ. It's a complete buffet, set up for you. Literally, all
you do is eat, take the leftovers, throw the rest in the trash.
